The first Kocatepe R&D Project Market, organized by our university on May 14-15, 2025, at the Atatürk Congress Center, aimed to encourage university-industry collaboration, support young entrepreneurs, and showcase innovative ideas.
Our Software Engineering Department students also participated in this important event with their projects. Our students had the opportunity to present their ideas through poster presentations and receive feedback from academics and industry representatives.
As a result of the evaluation conducted during the event, six projects by our department students qualified for the finals. Dilan AKSOY and Hale Burçak KIRIM with their SecureOps: Critical System Access and Engagement Decision Simulation project, Rifat Arda ARSLAN and Kerem ENGÜR with their Pi Sentinel project, Cihan ÖZDEN with his Green Grow Efficient Agriculture project, Elif SAKA with the Analysis Assistant Project, Sümeyye KARABULUT with the Drug Tracking System Project, and Hüseyin CELBEK with the Disaster Support – Emergency Information Sharing and Tracking System project.
